I’m still so in love with these Fells Point Engagement pictures from this past January.

I wasn’t sure if I’d like Baltimore when I first moved here in 2013. I blame shows like “The Wire” (which I never watched because I’m a baby, but it was always the first thing people brought up when I talked about the apartment we found in Mt Vernon). But I can’t say enough about this city. Especially lately, with the amazing camaraderie you can feel in the city with the protests in support of the Black Lives Matter movement. We also happen to have amazing food that I miss every day, now that I’m in Towson and not in walking distance from The Land of Kush, an awesome vegan soul food restaurant in Baltimore. And new places popping up all the time. I bought a French press and some very fancy toasted breads from a new place in Hampden called “Good Neighbor”

And if you’ve never been up for sunrise in Baltimore, you are missing out.

What I love most about sunrise in Baltimore is that the sun comes up right over the water. And on days like today, when the fog sits on the horizon, you can’t tell where Fells Point starts and the sky begins. And this is how Stephanie and Max’s engagement session went.
